What's More Important Than Teaching?

Teaching isn't the only thing a teacher needs to do. Of course, teaching is the most important part of the job of a teacher but there are so many other things that can be very important as well. The teachers have to share their knowledge with the students but sharing the knowledge isn't enough to become a proper teacher. You need to do a little more than just teaching. 

Think about your students, it's not about the relationship you share with them but it's about how you control the behavior of your students. You cannot force them to behave in a particular way but you can influence them. The teachers are in a position to influence the students. They can behave nicely and share words of wisdom with their students to influence them effortlessly. Don't run after your students, don't chase your students, just influence them to behave in a particular manner. This what teachers should do.

1) The behavior of the students

The teachers need to keep an eye on the behavior of the students. The behavior of the students can actually reflect your teaching. If you treat them right and influence them then you'll be able to control the behavior of your students. You shouldn't force your students to behave in a particular way. Students don't like to be forced by someone, they want to be free so you cannot control them, so, impress and influence them. You need to check the way your students behave with one another. They should treat each other right. You must make sure that all your students work together, they don't judge each other on the basis of their race, color or whatsoever. 

2) Attention

Another thing that you need to check is the way your students attend the classes. Are they just coming to the classes for the sake of attendance or do they really want the lesson? If they aren't interested in the classes then try to grab their attention.
